if you are considering the purchase of a wooden boat...

Thank you for viewing our brokerage inventory.  We strongly encourage you to view firsthand the boat you are considering for purchase, whether buying from Macatawa Bay Boat Works or anyone else.  We do not recommend purchasing a boat "sight unseen" or based simply on photographs.  We make every effort to represent the boat accurately and honestly to the best of our knowledge.  We recommend that you see the boat yourself or if that is not possible, have it surveyed by an independent professional boat surveyor with wooden boat experience.  

Please come visit us, tour our restoration shop and brokerage inventory.  Most of the boats we broker are stored at our warehouse.  We are located in the quaint resort town of Saugatuck, Michigan that has fine dining, art galleries, bed and breakfast/hotel accommodations, shopping and scenic Lake Michigan for you to enjoy should come see us.   Saugatuck is a charming lakeside community with much to see and do in all four seasons.  We would be happy to see you and assist in recommending lodging accommodations.
