Rare boat, one of 16 produced in 1965 and one of only 181 Super models were produced in the total run from 1960 to 1974 compared to 804 regular Ariston's total production run. In addition to being rarer and more collectable, the Super Aristons are superior to the regular Aristons because they are longer which allows for better proportions as well as being more powerful with larger engines offered than on the standard line. This is a remarkably well preserved and structurally sound Super Ariston with low original hours (less than 350 hours) original Riva-Chrysler 413 V-8 engine with dual quad intake (dual four barrel carburetors). It was originally purchased new by the Morton Salt family for use on at their home on Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Currently in stain and several coats of varnish, this boat is offered as a completed project in turn key/show condition with rebuilt engine, original Riva mooring cover and custom MBBW Classic Trail tandem axle trailer for US$160,000, terms are 50% to be paid up front and the balance to be paid during project completion which we estimate to take 5 to 7 months.
