This masterpiece of Chris Craft design came to MBBW for varnish upgrade and some general improvements.  We removed all hardware, hand sanded the boat, made repairs to finish and color as needed, applied two builder coats for varnish with sanding between coats and a final third coat.  The deck stripes are repainted white after the final coat. 

In addition to the varnish maintenance and new deck stripes, modifications to the trailer were made to protect the keel from damage and support the boat better.  MBBW made corrections to the windshields.  They were installed backwards by a restorer located in Michigan's Upper peninsula that worked on the boat prior to coming to MBBW.  We will be replacing the incorrect tinted glass with new windshield glass that is clear and the factory correct shape.
